Villa Lugano

A one of a kind villa, originally drawn by renowned architect Marcos Sainz, that has been carefully renovated to high end standards and latest technology. Every millimeter is designed and thought of: from the first step into the impressive entrance to the landscaped garden.

Villa Lugano is a one-level villa with a symmetrical layout, with two wings in the back where the bedrooms are placed. Four bedrooms en suite and guest lobby are located in one of the wings.  The entire second wing is dedicated to an amazing master bedroom; A grand bedroom facing the views over the golf course, a generous, custom built walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom. Both the bedroom and bathrooms have private terraces.

The two wings are connected by the entrance hall and from there you access the living room, dining and kitchen. This room has high vaulted ceilings and wooden foldable doors for lots of natural lights and to connect the outdoors with indoors. A large kitchen tastefully designed to fit the essence of the house. The dining and lounge are overlooking the garden and golf course.

The outdoor living is one of the key focuses in this villa, with several lounge areas and a luxurious over-flow pool. There is an additional pool house with wine cellar, dining and TV-lounge, to enjoy all year round. Closely connected to the kitchen is an outdoor barbecue area with seating.

The garden has been carefully designed and landscaped to express the ambiance of the villa.
